Shipping Method & Delivery Time:

We ship throughout Europe with DHL and DPD. Orders placed before 12:00 pm are usually dispatched from our warehouse the same day (except in the case of large order volumes or items that are not in stock). For freight forwarding (pallet orders), we work with reliable logistics partners and deliver by truck to your location.

Delivery time within the EU is 3–5 business days.  

   

Shipping Costs:

All deliveries within the EU are free of shipping charges.

Shipment Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with all relevant information as well as a tracking link. You will be notified immediately of any status updates.

Haven’t received your full order?
If your order is shipped in multiple parcels, it may happen that not all parcels arrive at the same time. In this case, the carrier will deliver the remaining parcels at a later date.

Returns

If your goods have defects, we will cover the costs of return shipping. Please contact us immediately so that we can initiate the next steps for you. If you would like to cancel your order, you can find all information on the exact refund process in our Terms & Conditions and cancellation policy.

*Information on the take-back obligation for packaging materials
In accordance with the current Packaging Act (§ 15 para. 1 sentence 1 VerpackG), we are obliged to take back certain packaging materials from end consumers free of charge:

Transport packaging such as pallets and large packaging
Sales and secondary packaging that does not typically arise as waste for private end consumers
Sales and secondary packaging for which participation in a system is not possible due to system incompatibilities
Sales packaging for hazardous-substance filling goods
Reusable packaging

When delivering our products, we use appropriate packaging materials that we take back free of charge. This ensures proper disposal of the packaging material and contributes to meeting European recovery targets in accordance with EU Directive 94/62/EC.

As an end consumer, you can return the packaging material at the place where the actual handover takes place or in its immediate vicinity.
