We recommend regular, short applications – about 1–2 times a day for 15 minutes each time, 5 days a week. The perception of results varies from person to person.

No side effects are known when used as directed. If you experience skin irritation or discomfort, discontinue use and consult a doctor if necessary.

Please consult your doctor before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

- Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on the device. The default time (1–30 minutes) will be displayed.
- Double-click the button to set the time. The display will flash; press the button repeatedly to increase the time. After a few seconds, the device will save the setting.
- Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to select the therapy amplification level (L0 to L4). L4 is the highest power level.
- Wait until the display shows the time again. Press and hold the button for 2 seconds to activate pulse mode (F0, F1, F2 = 0 Hz, 10 Hz, 20 Hz).
- To turn off the device, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. The battery level will be displayed.

FlexiPad reaches a maximum temperature of approximately 37°C, which is comfortable. Should it become warmer or you feel uncomfortable, discontinue use immediately.

The battery is not too heavy and is conveniently attached to the device magnetically – this makes it very comfortable and wireless to use.

The belt is designed to fit most body sizes. It is 114 cm long and will fit in most cases. It can accommodate a circumference of up to approximately 150 cm.

F0 (0 Hz) – Continuous light → Particularly suitable for wound healing, skin regeneration, and inflammation reduction, as constant photon fluxes continuously stimulate the tissue.
F1 (10 Hz) – Pulsed light with 10 Hz (10 pulses/second) → Supports blood circulation and can help with neurological conditions such as neuropathy or sciatica, as low-frequency pulsing can modulate nerve activity.
F2 (20 Hz) – Pulsed light at 20 Hz → Stronger stimulation for muscle recovery, suitable for muscle tension, after sports, or for sore muscles. Also beneficial for chronic pain. Note: Start with F0 for general use. F1/F2 are for targeted therapeutic effects.
